As Director of Marketing, you will lead performance marketing efforts focused on pipeline generation and revenue growth while overseeing a growing marketing team and collaborating closely with Sales and leadership.ResponsibilitiesOwn performance marketing strategy across paid, digital, lifecycle, and outbound channels with a focus on pipeline creation, CAC efficiency, conversion, and ROIDevelop and execute integrated go-to-market campaigns that align brand, content, events, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing to support revenue growthPartner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and funnel efficiencyEstablish and optimize marketing KPIs tied directly to pipeline and revenue performanceDrive experimentation and continuous optimization across acquisition and nurture programsOversee marketing automation, reporting, attribution, and campaign analyticsOwn and optimize campaign performance across the funnel, driving accountability for attribution, CAC efficiency, conversion rates, budget allocation, and marketing ROIPartner with RevOps and Sales leadership for funnel reporting and operational alignmentEnsure strong marketing processes, prioritization, and execution disciplineLead and develop the marketing team across demand gen, content, lifecycle, product marketing, and brandElevate team accountability, prioritization, operational rigor, and speed of execution across the marketing organizationLead, coach, and challenge the team to operate at a high standard while building a collaborative, performance-driven environmentStay close to execution and step in hands-on when neededRefine LearnLux’s positioning, messaging, and value proposition across target audiencesSupport product launches, sales enablement, thought leadership, and customer marketing initiativesPartner cross-functionally to ensure messaging aligns with market needs and customer outcomesSkills8–12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably within benefits, HR tech, fintech, or related industriesProven experience leading performance marketing, demand generation, and growth marketing programs tied directly to pipeline and revenue outcomesStrong analytical mindset with experience owning marketing KPIs, attribution, and funnel performanceExperience managing marketing automation and performance marketing programsStrong understanding of paid acquisition, funnel optimization, attribution modeling, and marketing performance analyticsProven people leadership experience with the ability to build structure, accountability, and team effectivenessStrong cross-functional partnership skills, especially with Sales and RevOpsComfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving startup environmentsAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionHave experience marketing to enterprise HR, Benefits, or People leadersHave worked in a high-growth startup environmentHave experience improving marketing operational rigor and funnel visibilityHave familiarity with consultant-driven or channel-influenced GTM motionsBenefitsRemote-first company structureMedical, dental, and vision401(k)Mental wellbeing (Talkspace)Financial wellbeing (LearnLux)Paid vacation and sick leavePaid sabbatical after 5 years of serviceA supportive, inclusive team cultureOpportunities for continuous learning and growth at a fast-growing startup at the cutting edge intersection of financial wellness and technologyCompany OverviewLearnLux is the leading provider of workplace financial wellbeing that blends fiduciary digital planning with access to one-on-one guidance from Certified Financial Planner® professionals.
