[Remote] Intake Coordinator(Roofing/Exterior Home Services))

They are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to manage incoming leads, coordinate schedules, and maintain a professional front office environment. Responsibilities • Greet customers, walk-in candidates, and visitors with professionalism and a friendly demeanor • Serve as a primary support for scheduling inspections, repairs, and appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency • Answer and route incoming phone calls using RingCentral • Take new customer leads over the phone and accurately enter information into AccuLynx • Coordinate scheduling updates, reschedules, and confirmations while communicating clearly with customers and internal teams • Receive and process in-person customer payments; verify amounts in AccuLynx, provide receipts, and log payments accurately • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area • Provide general administrative support to office staff as needed Skills • Experienced • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional communication style • High attention to detail, especially when managing schedules, payments, and data entry • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable learning and using systems such as AccuLynx and RingCentral • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Previous experience in scheduling, intake coordination, dispatching, or administrative support preferred • Experience in roofing, construction, or other home services trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, restoration, etc.) strongly preferred • Bilingual or conversational Spanish is a plus, but not required Benefits • Paid time off • Paid holidays • Additional benefits after the probationary period Company Overview • Allied Roofing Partners ("ARP") is a national residential roofing and exterior services group building a world-class network of independent, market-leading contractors across the U.S. It was founded in 2024, and is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, US, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
