[Remote] Workday Security Architect/Specialist 2 year contract

The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zeektek is seeking a Solutions Security Architect II with strong experience in Workday security. This role is responsible for designing and enhancing the security framework within Workday, ensuring proper access management and governance across various enterprise functions. Responsibilities
ā¢ Design, implement, and maintain the Workday security framework across Finance, Supply Chain, and enterprise functions. ā¢ Oversee Workday tenant security, including provisioning workflows, role governance, certifications, and periodic audits.
ā¢ Review and manage security roles, domain permissions, business process security, and user-access policies. ā¢ Collaborate closely with Workday SMEs, internal security teams, and system administrators to ensure consistent and compliant access models. ā¢ Support Workday-related integrations from a security perspective, especially those tied to Finance and Supply Chain. ā¢ Partner with Identity & Access Management (IEM/IAM) teams to align Workday security with enterprise identity strategy. ā¢ Recommend best practices, contribute to roadmap planning, and support the long-term evolution of Workday security controls.
Skills
ā¢ 3+ years of Workday Security or Workday administration experience with strong exposure to role design, domain security, and tenant governance. ā¢ Experience supporting Workday Finance or Supply Chain modules or integrations. ā¢ Background in IT security, identity management, or access governance. ā¢ Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into scalable Workday configurations. ā¢ Workday Security certification. ā¢ Experience working in Healthcare environments. ā¢ Familiarity with IEM/IAM frameworks, access certifications, and provisioning workflows.
