[Remote] Instructional Designer III

IntelliPro is a company seeking an experienced Instructional Designer III to create and deliver training programs focused on consultative selling and product knowledge for Acquisition teams. The role involves owning the training and adoption of sales technology tools and collaborating with various stakeholders to align training initiatives with business goals.ResponsibilitiesCreate and deliver "200-level" training sessions, workshops, and coaching focused on consultative selling and product knowledge for Acquisition teamsOwn the end-to-end training and adoption of the sales tech stack, including Salesforce (SFDC), Dialpad, Groove, and WhatsApp BusinessPartner with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to identify skill gaps and align training initiatives with broader business goals and product launchesSkillsBilingual Fluency: Complete professional fluency in both English and (native) Spanish is required to support the LATAM regionRelevant Experience: At least 5+ years in Sales Training, Enablement, or L&D specifically supporting sales organizations (ideally Acquisition teams)Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Salesforce (SFDC) and the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is essential for content creation and data managementFormer Sales Experience: Candidates who have previously worked as sales professionals bring 'street cred' and a practical understanding of the seller's journeyAI Tool Integration: Experience using AI-powered productivity tools and incorporating AI into daily workflowsProject Management Expertise: Familiarity with platforms like Asana to manage complex training rollouts and cross-functional initiativesCompany OverviewIntelliPro Group Inc. is one of the fastest growing IT services and HR solutions companies in Americas & APAC.
