[Remote] Instructional Designer

They are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging and learner-centered educational experiences in healthcare. The role involves working with subject matter experts to create high-quality instructional materials and utilizing technology to enhance learning outcomes.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with curriculum writers, SMEs, and the instructional design team to design, develop, and implement engaging instructional materials, courses, and programsApply established instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, backward design) to support alignment between learning objectives, activities, and assessmentsDevelop learning activities, assessments, modules, and multimedia content that support learner engagement and knowledge application.
