This role involves connecting data across channels to provide actionable insights and recommendations that support client business objectives and marketing strategies.ResponsibilitiesCreate and lead the analytics strategy for an account by learning the client’s business, understanding their media strategy, and shaping annual learning agendas, testing plans, and analysis roadmapsAnticipate and recommend the right measurement approaches to evaluate media effectiveness, assess tactical performance, and support channel expansion decisionsMaintain a holistic understanding of client business objectives and marketing strategy so you can proactively identify the highest-value questions to answerDeliver insights that are clear, concise, and useful, helping clients and internal teams make stronger business and marketing decisionsListen actively for signs of client health, satisfaction, or dissatisfaction and proactively address issues through stronger communication and better insight deliveryUse business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting environments—including Bliss Point applications where relevant—to support insight generation, recommendation development, and client storytellingMaintain strong working fluency in analytics and reporting environments, using them to improve accuracy, efficiency, and strategic outputIdentify opportunities to improve reporting, dashboarding, workflow clarity, and the scalability of account-level insight deliveryStay current on new product capabilities, analytics technologies, and industry developments, and recommend improvements that strengthen measurement quality and business impactHelp translate technical outputs, data structures, and measurement realities into client-relevant language that supports stronger understanding and adoptionMaintain a strong working knowledge of quantitative methods and statistics, and proactively propose tests, analyses, and reporting approaches on an ongoing basisLead the development of analytical capabilities and solutions such as segmentation, campaign evaluations, custom reporting, dashboard logic, and cross-channel performance analysisConnect data across channels, platforms, and reporting environments to produce integrated insights and actionable recommendationsComplete appropriate quality-control procedures for analysis, reporting, and data visualization to ensure outputs are accurate and decision-usefulBalance business needs with the appropriate level of analytical difficulty so outputs are both rigorous and practicalUse SQL and related analytical tools as working tools for extracting, validating, and interpreting data in support of client decisionsMaintain a holistic understanding of how channels, measurement, and performance fit together so analytics recommendations support broader media and business strategyWork closely with media, client strategy, and analytics counterparts to ensure measurement outputs feed back into future planning, optimization, and investment decisionsStay informed on evolving analytics, experimentation, attribution, and performance measurement practices, and apply that knowledge to improve account strategyBring a strong point of view on how data, testing, and insight can improve client outcomesHelp connect analytics work to broader Tinuiti capabilities and integrated ways of working, reinforcing cross-functional problem solvingSkills5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics roles, with a track record of working with clients, understanding their business, and using analytics to support marketing decisionsExperience building or leading learning agendas, testing roadmaps, reporting approaches, and measurement recommendations tied to client goalsStrong working skills in business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar toolsFamiliarity with structured data environments such as Snowflake, Redshift, or similar cloud data toolsStrong working proficiency in SQL for querying, validating, and analyzing structured marketing dataStrong understanding of statistics, testing, and analytical methods; practical experience with R and/or Python is preferred, especially for testing, exploratory analysis, or advanced analytical workStrong ability to turn complex data into clear, concise, decision-oriented narratives and presentationsAble to connect measurement and performance insights back to business outcomes and client prioritiesAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides skills; able to manage time effectively across clients, stakeholders, and internal initiativesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across external and internal teamsBenefitsUnlimited PTO: At Tinuiti, we believe you deserve time to rest, recharge, and enjoy life unplugged.
