The role involves providing exceptional customer service through phone and email communication while supporting sales efforts and maintaining accurate customer information in the CRM.ResponsibilitiesConduct yourself with professionalism in all communication with fellow employees, customers, management, and Field Support Center staffAttend and participate in company meetingsRead and contribute to Company communications and regional newslettersChampion Ewing culture and commitment throughout all business activitiesCommunicate all operational and customers service issues with Sales ManagerParticipate and represent Ewing in relevant regional organizations, associations and activitiesExecute the annual sales plan in accordance with the Company's strategic objectives under the direction of the Sales Manager in collaboration with the Regional ManagerAdopt and master the use of basic company tools and systems including technology, software, email, etcProvide superior customer service at all timesService, support and grow existing accounts and establish new accounts in your sales territoryConduct other duties as assigned by sales leadershipSubmit activity logs through CRM system daily with detailed notes and action itemsActively participate in the Service Professional training program, by using Ewing's University, assessment process and Individual Development Plans (IDPs)Participate in regular performance reviewsContinually update your professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies, as determined in collaboration with the Sales ManagerProvide support for branches and all sales team members in serving customers and achieving sales objectivesGrow Revenue and associated Profits of select assigned Ewing customers and prospectsEstablish and maintain strong business relationship with customers through strong phone and email communicationResolve customer complaints by investigating problems;
