[Remote] Information Technology Project Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Akkodis is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 12-month contract position with a client located in Kansas City, Kansas. The role involves supporting Project Managers in executing projects, ensuring superior client service standards, and collaborating with various internal departments to meet project objectives. Responsibilities • Project Execution - Meet project requirements (kick-off meetings, deadline management, client status reporting and other necessary project communication, and coordinate with the various operational teams) to deliver all project deliverables on time, within budget and at the highest quality standards • Internal Collaboration - Responsible for working with internal operational groups throughout the projects lifecycles and coordinating deliverables to meet project objectives • Client Communication - Respond to client communications timely and accurately; understand client needs and feedback, collaborate and consult with clients and/or support project management team in doing so; follow up and communicate client's needs internally • Reporting & Documentation - Provide project reporting, perform analysis of reporting to ensure quality and contextualize results for client, draft project telephone scripts and website text, assist in development of business rules Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor • Critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast-paced environment • Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook • Technological literacy • Problem Solving • Data Analysis • Attention to detail • Software/data comfort required (excel/computer literacy) • Problem solving and process analysis critical • No industry or professional experience required • Bachelors Degree is preferred • Strong working knowledge of Project Management & Excel with Legal or Law background comes as a plus Benefits • Medical • Dental • Vision • Life insurance • Short-term disability • Additional voluntary benefits • An EAP program • Commuter benefits • 401K plan • Paid Sick Leave • Holiday pay Company Overview • Akkodis is a global digital engineering company and Smart Industry leader.
