Canadian SaaS Lawyer for Privacy Policy, Terms & PIPEDA Compliance
We’re a Canadian B2B SaaS startup building a product for CPA and tax firms in Canada. The platform handles sensitive tax data (including SIN and CRA documents). We’re looking for a Canada-qualified lawyer to help draft a small set of core policies, mainly: • Privacy Policy (PIPEDA-aligned) • Terms of Service (SaaS) • Basic data protection / consent language We’re not looking for generic templates, but also not enterprise-level legal work.
