Interns will learn to use SignalMate AI, automate workflows, co-design systems, and manage the evolving IT stack while contributing to intelligent system orchestration. Responsibilities Use SignalMate AI to summarize meetings, track technical action items, and optimize accountability loops Provide backend support for virtual conferences, automating coordination and real-time diagnostics Collaborate across departments, applying AI-assisted insights to resolve bottlenecks and enhance infrastructure Audit and upgrade corporate systems, using AI to spot optimization and automation opportunities Research and prototype new applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SignalMate integration Strengthen cybersecurity protocols through AI-supported monitoring and response analysis Manage Microsoft 365, Infusionsoft, and web infrastructure with intelligent system tracking Present progress via AI-generated summaries and performance dashboards Skills Experience with OOP principles and Microsoft 365 Analytical and problem-solving mindset Strong written and verbal communication Curiosity about AI, automation, and cognitive systems Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Familiarity with Power Automate, HTML, or cybersecurity frameworks Company Overview Blackmore Partners works with backable executives to build and monetize their background into an acquisition-based deal thesis.
