They are seeking an Industry Executive Director for Construction & Engineering to lead industry strategies, shape messaging, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer engagement and drive adoption of Oracle solutions.ResponsibilitiesBe the industry subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle technology and application strategiesTranslate horizontal product capabilities into clear, differentiated verticalized industry “wrappers” - value propositions and stories that will entice prospects and customers to adopt our solutionsShape messaging & content curation: Lead the creation and ongoing refinement of content assets—pitch decks, demos, and customer facing narratives—that support Demand Services strategies, marketing campaigns, sales conversations, and eventsPresent and lead conversations at customer-facing events as an industry platform expert. Build and deliver session content that connects technical solutions to business impact and tangible business outcomesHelp others tailor their content for industry clarity and relevanceField Marketing Strategy Support: Work alongside sales and field marketing leaders to align content and advise on development of sales plays to target the industryEvent & Forum Content Strategy: Shape session agendas and core messaging for Oracle-led executive forums, workshops, and test drivesCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Management, Product Marketing, Cloud Engineering, Alliances and Channels and external partners to align and coordinate strategies across the eco-systemCampaign Support & Offers: Support campaign execution by contributing/curating content.
