[Remote] In-Home Dialysis Care Partner (1:1 Client) – Arlington, Texas

Herewithgmbh is seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Partner to support in-home dialysis for a female adult patient transitioning from clinic to home. This role involves providing one-on-one support, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining a clean treatment environment while receiving training on patient-specific dialysis processes. Responsibilities • Assist with dialysis treatment setup (NxStage or similar home machines) • Keep the treatment environment clean, organized, and safe • Offer companionship and emotional reassurance • Help the patient remain on schedule with treatment times • Provide light ADL support as needed • Monitor safety and report concerns to the coordinating nurse • Maintain simple documentation and shift notes Skills • 1+ year of dialysis experience (home or clinic) • Open to in-home dialysis support and willing to complete provided training • Steady, supportive, and patient — especially during an adjustment period • Strong communicator who works well with a clinical team • Must pass a Herewith background check • Familiarity with home dialysis systems preferred (NxStage a plus) Benefits • Training and guidance on patient-specific routines • Strong clinical team support • The ability to work independently while still being part of a dedicated care network Company Overview • Herewith Inc.
