What you will get An agile career and dynamic working culture An inclusive and ethical workplace Compensation programs that recognize high performance A variety of benefits dependent on role and location The full list of our global benefits can be found here: What you will do Develop and execute global brand strategies that enhance awareness, perception, and consideration of the Lonza brand Create compelling campaign positioning, messaging, and creative aligned with customer needs and business objectives Partner with cross-functional teams including Digital, Marketing Operations, Strategic Marketing, and Commercial teams Lead brand workshops and collaborate with agency partners to deliver differentiated messaging and creative solutions Manage global events and conferences, ensuring consistent brand positioning and measurable ROI Monitor brand performance, including Share of Voice and brand equity metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations Act as a global brand ambassador, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and championing a consistent “One Lonza” experience What we are looking for Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or communications within a global environment Strong ability to translate strategy into impactful brand campaigns and messaging Excellent analytical skills with experience using KPIs and brand performance metrics Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling and differentiated brand content Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across multiple functions and regions Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Professional marketing or branding certifications (e.g. CIM) are advantageous About Lonza At Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
