[Remote] Implementation Specialist - KitCheck - TRAVEL REQUIRED

The Implementation Specialist will manage client implementation projects, serve as the main point of contact for customers, and facilitate training and communication to ensure a successful deployment of Bluesight's solutions.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the implementation projects; including the project kick-off, software configuration, go-live and training while maintaining project timelinesAct as the main point of contact for customers before they go live and own all communications with the customer including weekly check-in meetings via Zoom, ad hoc meetings, emails, etcManage multiple implementation projects, with various priorities and deadlines at once for different customersWork as a consultative partner with your customers to ensure engagement and provide guidance on best practices based on their workflows and internal processesAct as a liaison between the customer, the wholesalers and our internal Clinical, Product and Dev teams to facilitate the technical configuration of the softwareMaintain up-to-date project plans, tickets and other project documentation to ensure project timelines are on track and visible to leadershipTravel to customer sites to assist with the roll out of new KitCheck hardware and software, meet with key stakeholders and overall be a professional face for the company in the presence of customersSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceAbility to adapt to change, think quickly, and work independentlyTeam-player attitude and a willingness to get things doneHigh attention to detailAbility to build trusting, communicative and results-oriented relationships with customersExcellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skillsWillingness and ability to travel within the US for up to 75%1+ years of professional work experience1-2 years of project management and/or client-facing experienceExperience in the healthcare industryExcel and SQL skills a plusPrevious experience with EMRs/ADCs e.g EPIC and Cerner or Omnicell and Pyxis software a plusBenefitsCompetitive salaryTime off when you need it – unlimited vacation days!Generous insurance coverage401k program with a company matchFun, collaborative culture!Company OverviewBluesight is a medication intelligence company that utilizes AI and machine learning to reduce risks and solve supply chain inefficiencies.
