Responsibilities Work alongside LPC attorneys, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of civil litigation Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and craft compelling motions Participate in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation, often second or third-chairing in court Strengthen your writing skills with guidance from skilled mentors – no worries if you’re not a strong writer yet, just bring your enthusiasm to grow!
