The Implementation Specialist will support the sales and operations team in implementing Retail Technologies, primarily Electronic Shelf Labels, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while providing exceptional customer support.ResponsibilitiesSupport the sales and operations team with the implementation of Retail Technologies, primarily focused on Electronic Shelf LabelsResponsible for configuration of the IOT Platform specs defined in the requirements documentation to achieve the integration of the cloud-based software set-up and template designManage equipment shipment fulfillment and customer billingConcurrently manage customer interactions for multiple accounts including ongoing communication and weekly status meetingsProvide remote and on-site assistance and consultative services to customers in preparation for software and hardware installations (includes “train the trainer” support)Support customers after going live + 30 days to ensure Aperion’s Service Level Agreements are met. Expectation would be the ability to provide Level 1 support.
