They are seeking an Implementation Project Manager II who will be responsible for managing project objectives, creating project plans, and ensuring successful onboarding of clients while effectively communicating with all stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesPlan and schedule project timelines and milestones using our in-house project management software; create continual adjustments to work schedule in a persuasive manner to keep the project on courseEffectively communicate project expectations and progress to our clients, team members, and executive teams in a timely and clear manner; exert strong influencing skills to impact work schedule completionCreate and sustain a high functioning project team to meet the project goals (deliver delight on time, on budget, with quality)Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate ownersAssess and manage the risk of schedule changes; create, implement, and track assessment, impact, and action plans to remove risk, bottlenecks, resource constraints and team support to ensure smooth work completionWork with appropriate vendors to ensure dependent tasks are managed and completed on timeIdentify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project teamIdentify and manage project dependencies and critical pathQuantitatively plan and organize project teamβs capacityEnsure optimal use of the capacities in the group, set priorities, ensure the correct and timely execution of all tasks and solve bottlenecksDemonstrate initiative and drive within a fast-paced environmentDefine project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycleIdentify and lead initiatives for continuous process improvements; maintain othersAct as a SME regarding the project management function, project details and system capabilitiesSkills4-5 years project management experienceBachelor's degree (or equivalent) strongly preferredClient Onboarding (new client implementation), benefits administration or SaaS solution implementation is the idealStrong quantitative/analytical skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to work within tight delivery timeframesChange Management and Stakeholder management leadership experienceFluency with MS Office toolsExperience leading multiple strategic, complex projects with successful results (scope, schedule, and budget) simultaneouslyExperience defining and documenting processes, and driving continuous improvement to processes via process measurement/metricsExceptional customer service to clients and internal teamsCross-functional project participationBenefitsThis role is eligible to participate in the annual bonus incentive plan.If this position is full-time or part-time benefit eligible, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package which can be viewed here: https://businessolver.foleon.com/bsc/job-board-businessolver-virtual-benefits-guide/Company OverviewBusinessolver is an employee benefits administration technology company.
