The Implementation Project Manager will lead client program implementations, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless delivery of solutions to support MBO's growth and competitiveness.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end management of client program implementations, including discovery, planning, execution, and closureCreate and maintain project plans, schedules, deliverables, and status reports to ensure alignment and visibility across stakeholdersPartner with internal teams and third parties to design and deliver solutions that meet client requirements and are aligned with MBO’s best practicesFacilitate data and workflow reviews to uncover risks, validate requirements, and ensure operational readinessDrive client onboarding and program go-lives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high adoption ratesIdentify and execute cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce risk, and drive organizational effectivenessEstablish and implement scalable processes, tools, and methodologies that support sustainable growth and continuous improvementLead change management efforts, engaging stakeholders to ensure adoption of new processes, systems, and cultural practicesMaintain visibility into organizational priorities by tracking deliverables, facilitating workstream meetings, and ensuring integration across teamsCreate deliverables and reference materials that enable teams to perform their roles effectively and consistentlyServe as a consultative partner and advocate for both the client and MBO teams, fostering trust and alignmentInfluence and engage cross-functional stakeholders, from individual contributors to executives, to drive successful outcomesCommunicate project milestones, risks, and decisions in a clear, proactive, and professional mannerSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Information systems or another related field required7-10 years of experience in a relevant industry where strong Account and Project Management skills were utilized to implement new client programs with larger multifaceted organizations and multiple stakeholdersProven success leading complex, cross-functional implementations from strategy to executionStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience working in a customer focused environment to drive client programs and deliver solutions that are highly adoptedAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with a client-service orientationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, Project), Salesforce, and project/task management toolsExperience with contingent labor programs, Managed Service Providers (MSP), and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) related to the contract workforceKnowledge of HR law, federal / state wage laws, and general pay policies, procedures, and regulationsAn understanding of the staffing and consulting industriesProfessional certifications (PMP, CCWP, PHR)BenefitsRemote work environmentCompetitive base salary with opportunities for growth and developmentExcellent medical, dental, and vision plans designed to support healthy lifestyles401(k) retirement planFlexible Time Off – take time when you need itBonus opportunitiesCulture based on trust, feedback, communication, success and funCompany OverviewMBO Partners has the industry’s only complete business operating system for independent workers.
