[Remote] Implementation & Insights Consultant - US

As an Implementation & Insights Consultant, you will analyze complex retail data to provide actionable insights that enhance decision-making for enterprise customers.ResponsibilitiesPartner with enterprise customer teams to understand business operations and define analytical requirementsUse SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to analyse large, messy retail datasets and surface meaningful insightsCreate dashboards and visualisations that highlight store performance, identify improvement opportunities and measure resultsTranslate data findings into practical recommendations that drive operational excellenceCollaborate with Product, Customer and Implementation teams to ensure our data stories connect with business prioritiesContinuously refine how we interpret and present data, improving clarity, speed and impact for internal teams and clients alikeSkills2+ years' experience in BI, analytics or data-driven decision support (ideally within retail, FMCG, or SaaS)Strong SQL and Excel skills, with confidence working directly with complex datasetsExperience creating reports or dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similarAn analytical mindset with a genuine curiosity about what data reveals and how it can drive actionStrong communication skills and the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiencesOrganised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects at onceCollaborative and commercially aware, able to work effectively with both business and technical teamsExperience working with retail, FMCG or other operational data environmentsExposure to data pipelines, ETL processes or data modellingHands-on experience using data to drive operational change or performance improvementFamiliarity with how data flows from source systems into BI toolsA track record of influencing decisions or improving processes through data insightsCompany OverviewA new era for store management: Agile.
