In this role, you will mentor a team of Implementation Consultants, ensure successful deployment of Intuit's Enterprise Suite, and drive client satisfaction through strategic operational frameworks.ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Consultants, ensuring alignment with company goals and best practices for IES deployment, accelerated Time-to-Value, immediate Feature Adoption, and client satisfactionDrive successful and timely go-lives by developing scalable deployment strategies, optimizing the system configuration and data migration lifecycle, and improving implementation quality metrics for complex mid-market businessesDesign, implement, and manage the operational frameworks used to continuously track and optimize team performance, including a strategic focus on Productivity, Delivery Excellence, and Strategic ImpactStrategically prepare the team to pivot and absorb new deployment requirements driven by product evolution and company strategyAct as a strategic partner between Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support teams to ensure a seamless transition from contract-close through technical go-live and frictionless handover, with a specific focus on ensuring post-implementation feature use and account healthAdvocate for client needs and process improvements, providing deep, data-driven insights to Product and Engineering teams to influence future IES enhancementsOversee high-priority deployment risks and project escalations, ensuring quick resolution that preserves project timelines and long-term client satisfaction and confidenceFoster a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and the sharing of advanced accounting principles and IES product knowledge within the Implementation organizationSkills7+ years of experience in technical implementation leadership or professional services management, with a strong focus on complex mid-market B2B financial software or comprehensive ERP/SaaS solutionsDemonstrated deep functional expertise in enterprise software implementation, configuration, and data migration, with a preference for direct experience with IES or a comparable accounting/ERP suiteProven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams, while managing teams through organizational and product changes in a solution deployment-centric environmentStrong technical and functional understanding of multi-entity accounting principles and financial reportingExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaborationAbility to leverage analytics and performance metrics (CSAT, TTV, Adoption, etc.) to make strategic decisionsA passion for technical excellence, solution architecture, and building long-lasting client relationships in the mid-market spaceActive Tax Credential (Enrolled Agent, CPA) or equivalent advanced accounting certification is highly preferredExperience in strategic deployment planning, methodology development, and leading large-scale change management initiativesBenefitsIntuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.This position may be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at [1] Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.Company OverviewIntuit provides financial software solutions to empower individuals and businesses.
