Remote IAM/PAM Consultant Opportunity with BeyondTrust

Job Overview:
Location: Fully remote (work as per EST hours), anywhere in India
Contract position with immediate start

Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and manage IAM systems and services, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), user automated lifecycle management, and identity governance
Collaborate with IT and business units to understand access requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and controls in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements
Integrate PAM solutions with other security systems, such as SIEM, multi-factor authentication, and identity management platforms
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and enhance system performance
Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members and act as an IAM subject matter expert within the organization
Stay current with emerging IAM technologies and trends to improve security posture and operational efficiency
Requirements:
9+ years of cyber security experience
5+ years of experience in an IAM role with a strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and frameworks
5+ years of experience with IAM tools and platforms, such as Okta, BeyondTrust, Cyberark, Azure Active Directory, etc.
Strong background and experience in PAM, including BeyondTrust and CyberArk
Experience with coding/scripting and automation to streamline IAM processes
Knowledge of authentication protocols, such as SAML, OIDC, Oauth, and Web Authn
Knowledge of directory services, LDAP, Active Directory, and other identity repositories
Industry certifications, such as CISSP or IAM-specific certifications, are preferred
