[Remote] IAA - Product Manager, Post Sale Experience

Accord is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Product Manager to own the Post-Sale experience across Desktop and Mobile App within their buyer-facing digital automotive marketplace. This role is responsible for shaping and optimizing the end-to-end journey after a buyer decides to purchase, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and third-party vendors.ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve the post-sale buyer journey across checkout, payment, transportation, and title document delivery on Desktop and Mobile AppEnsure a smooth, intuitive, and consistent UX across all post-sale flows, informed by user research and behavioral dataLead and manage third-party integrations, including payment providers such as MoneyGram, Western Union, PayPal, and emerging digital walletsCollaborate with engineering on API design and integration, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable data exchange with partnersMonitor key performance indicators (checkout completion, payment success, delivery selection usage, error rates) and iterate accordinglyUse data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive product decisionsBuild and execute a product roadmap aligned with RB Global growth objectives and strategyTranslate insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and backlogs; lead efforts to prioritize development team activitiesIdentify new opportunities that positively impact buyer-facing applicationsEnsure high product quality by staying deeply immersed in product deliverables and releasesCommunicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders; keep product teams updated with no surprisesBalance scope, priority, technical risk, and business impact across initiatives and multiple business unitsResearch competitive features in the marketplace and propose tactics to address threats or capture opportunitiesSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of Product Management or Product Development experience, with a track record of successfully driving resultsExperience owning customer-facing digital products (marketplace, eCommerce, or SaaS)Experience managing third-party integrations, particularly with payment providers or logistics platformsStrong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with engineering on API designExperience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketingStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate business requirements and value to internal and external stakeholdersCompany OverviewThe Revenue Excellence platform It was founded in 2021, and is headquartered in San Francisco, California, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
