[Remote] Human Resources Manager

Addison Group is a growing organization seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to provide interim support during a leave of absence. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to leaders and employees, supporting various HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders and people managers to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning initiativesLead year-end talent processes, including performance evaluations, goal-setting activities, talent reviews, and calibration discussionsSupport employee engagement initiatives by analyzing feedback, identifying trends, and partnering with leaders on action plansConduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulationsCoach leaders through performance concerns, disciplinary actions, documentation, and employee development discussionsCollaborate with compensation and total rewards teams on promotions, job evaluations, compensation recommendations, and organizational changesAssist managers with creating and updating job descriptions and organizational structuresPartner with cross-functional teams including Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and Leave Administration to support employee lifecycle activitiesUtilize Workday to manage employee transactions, reporting, analytics, and HR processesSupport onboarding, offboarding, and employee communications while serving as a trusted resource for policy and procedure questionsDrive change management, culture initiatives, and organizational development efforts that support business growth and employee engagementBuild strong partnerships with leaders and employees across a large, geographically dispersed workforceSkillsMinimum of 5β8 years of progressive Human Resources experience; candidates with 10+ years are encouraged to applyExperience supporting commercial, sales, or revenue-generating business units is requiredStrong hands-on experience with Workday is requiredBackground serving as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Manager, HR Consultant, or HR Director supporting large employee populationsProven employee relations experience, including investigations, coaching, corrective action, and performance managementAbility to influence and collaborate effectively within a complex, matrixed organizationStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilitiesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered for highly qualified candidatesHR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plusExperience supporting organizations with 1,000+ employees is highly preferredExposure to workforce planning, talent management, and organizational change initiatives is strongly desiredAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needsBenefitsThis position is eligible for medical, dental, and vision.Company OverviewAddison Group specializes in filling companyβs contract, contract-to-hire, or direct hire positions with professional candidates.
