**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
* Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them efficiently
* Helping customers understand contract details and providing clear explanations
* Managing existing customer relationships to ensure their peace of mind and worry-free experience
* Processing payments and setting up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
* Maintaining open communication with management and coworkers, using camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management

* Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees
* General computer and typing skills
* Passion for customer service and quality work
* Focus, reliability, and ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask
* High School diploma or GED required
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
