They are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support their growing team by managing the full HR lifecycle, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, initial candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and preparing/sending offer lettersBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-priority rolesManage structured onboarding programs that set new hires up for successCoordinate pre-employment requirements including background checks and I-9 verificationServe as a liaison between employees and the Company’s PEOServe as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies, workplace concerns, and conflict resolutionSupport investigations into employee relations issues with fairness, discretion, and documentation rigorSupport performance management processes including PIPs, coaching conversations, and annual reviewsPromote a culture of engagement, inclusion, and accountability across the organizationOversee the company’s PEO relationshipMaintain accurate employee records and HRIS data in compliance with applicable regulationsAdminister benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries in coordination with the Company’s PEOCommunicate updates to HR policies and practices to remain current with federal, state, and local employment lawGenerate HR reports and metrics to support leadership decision-makingPartner with IT to coordinate equipment provisioning, system access, and account set up for new hiresTrack and manage laptops and assigned equipment inventoryCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding executionSkills3+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a healthcare, professional services organization or remote-first environmentBasic knowledge of employment law (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEOC)Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy requirementsExperience with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, workflow management systems (e.g., Monday.com), expense management systemsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of discretionAbility to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, growing companyPHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification preferredBenefitsComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefitsVacation and Sick Leave PlansRemote-first, flexible work environmentOpportunity to shape HR practices in a growing, mission-driven companyCompany OverviewAdvanced Revenue Cycle Management has built a superior team of highly-trained and driven professionals with decades of experience in the hospice, home health and palliative care billing industry.
