Tandym Group is a marketing services organization in New York City seeking to hire a new Senior Client Finance Manager to join their growing team in a Remote capacity. The role involves managing revenue reporting, handling revenue and variance analysis, preparing budgets and forecasts, and acting as a financial partner to account leads.ResponsibilitiesManage and prepare revenue reporting - Weekly, Monthly, YTD, FYHandle revenue analysis and variance analysisPrepare budget and forecastsFunction as a Financial and Strategic Partner to account leadsAnalyze staffing utilization and billabilityManage SOW review and processingEnsure client scope approvals and manage POsEffectively manage and track projectsEnsure timely billing of agency fees and out-of-pocket expensesManage recurring project status meetingsAssist with AR, WIP, Accrued, and Deferred analysisAssist with Audit requestsCollaborate with senior finance leadershipAct as a gatekeeper for MSAsPerform other duties, as neededSkills5+ years of experience in a Client Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and/or related Finance roleBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business AdministrationExperience with Enterprise-level Financial SystemsIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Word, and OutlookAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelSolid problem-solving and time management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and highly organizedPrevious experience working within an Advertising, Marketing, and/or Public Relations firmWorking knowledge of NetSuite/Open AirCompany OverviewTandym Group is a provider of full-service recruitment, temporary staffing, and workforce management solutions in the Northeast and Florida.
