The Human Resources Business Partner III role involves serving as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, ensuring an optimal work environment, and collaborating with various departments to enhance organizational effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, acting as an integral part of the leadership team to guide and influence strategic goals and initiativesPrimary point of contact for the business to ensure optimal work environment, serve as advocate for all employees, and enable support for leadership development and succession planningIdentify and understand the business and the assigned department's role within CareSource and their strategic goalsMonitor internal and external changes in law, policies, and practices to define and confront risk to employees and the businessBuild strong, trusting and transparent relationships with employees and leadership to deliver goalsAnalyze information/trends from various sources such as engagement surveys, exit interviews, feedback from employees, etc. and make recommendations and courses of action for improvementPartner with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) functions, such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Total RewardsCollaborate with other departments to understand, resolve and remove barriers that impact a department or employee from being able to perform at their bestAnalyze and influence department dynamics and make recommendations that would maximize effectivenessActively participate within the department and with department’s leadership teamActively promote cross-department collaboration and information sharing within your own team and the organizationPerform any other job related duties as requestedSkillsBachelor's degree in human resources, leadership or a related field is requiredEquivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required educationFive (5) years of strategic HR Business Partner experience is requiredExperience in organizational design, managing change and proven ability to collaborate and influence executive leaders is requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office, to include Word, Excel and PowerPointWritten, oral, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work independentlyAttention to detailFamiliarity with the health care fieldLeadership experience and skillsMultitasking skillsUp-to-date knowledge of employment lawsAbility to educate/train management in recruitment and employee relation issuesCritical listening and thinking skillsNegotiation skillsEffective time management skillsAbility to work in a team environmentDecision making and problem solving resolution skillsCustomer service orientedAbility to maintain confidentialityProfessional in Human Resources (PHR) / Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) OR Strategic Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) certification preferredBenefitsIn addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.We are highly invested in every employee’s total well-being and offer a substantial and comprehensive total rewards package.Company OverviewCareSource provides managed care services to Medicaid beneficiaries.
