[Remote] Human Resource Shared Services Coordinator- Remote

This role involves managing employee inquiries, maintaining records, and collaborating with HR and management teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of requests.ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for employees regarding leave-related questions and requestsManage high-volume inbound calls and employee inquiries while maintaining exceptional customer serviceAccurately document interactions and maintain detailed records within internal systemsTrack cases, monitor required documentation, and ensure timely follow-up with employees and internal stakeholdersResearch and resolve discrepancies, escalating issues when appropriateCollaborate with HR, Benefits, and management teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of employee requestsMaintain organized electronic records and support process documentationAssist with administrative support functions, including processing incoming documentation and updating internal systemsSkills3+ years of customer service, HR support, employee services, benefits administration, or related experienceStrong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindsetExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environmentPrevious experience in an HR Shared Services, Human Resources Operations, Benefits, or Employee Support environment strongly preferredExperience supporting leave administration, employee benefits, or accommodations is a plus but not requiredExperience with SAP or other HRIS systems is a plusBilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to applyCompany Overview🚀 Connecting Talent.
