[Remote] Senior Manager, Capital Markets

The Senior Manager within the Capital Markets Team will lead critical initiatives, ensuring successful execution and alignment with finance priorities while managing complex, cross-functional workstreams.ResponsibilitiesExecution Leadership: Provide end-to-end oversight of Capital Markets initiatives, ensuring disciplined delivery and clear accountability across workstreams. Actively push progress, enforce timelines, and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverablesCross-Functional Enablement: Act as the primary liaison between Capital Markets and other partner teams, removing roadblocks and ensuring New Product and Transaction Execution teams can operate efficiently without distraction from external dependenciesStrategic Problem Solving: Identify execution risks and operational bottlenecks and design and implement practical mitigation strategies. Conduct analytics and deep-dive assessments as neededStakeholder Orchestration: Drive alignment across senior stakeholders by establishing clear ownership, tracking milestones, and ensuring follow-through on commitmentsExecutive Communication: Produce high-impact, concise updates and materials for senior leadership - providing transparency into progress, risks and key decisionsGovernance & Transparency: Maintain rigorous governance standards, including progress tracking, decision logs, and overall initiative health to ensure disciplined executionFunding & Transaction Strategy: Partner with Head of Capital Markets and senior team members to develop and advance innovative funding structures, transaction strategies, and scalable solutions that enhance SoFi’s competitive positionSkills10+ years of experience in project management or operations, preferably within Capital Markets, Finance, Investment Banking, or a high-growth Fintech environmentProven track record of 'connecting the dots' across multiple complex concepts while maintaining the ability to dig deep into data and operational detailsExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive accountability across diverse, cross-functional teamsA natural curiosity and the ability to ask the right questions to uncover risks and optimize project outcomesDemonstrated experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives from ideation through completion, ensuring strategic initiatives are managed and driving forwardAdvanced proficiency in G-Suite/Microsoft Office (expert-level slide building) and project management platforms, with a disciplined approach to documentation and digital organizationThe ability to work effectively under pressure, managing tight timelines and shifting priorities without compromising on the quality of strategic outputBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related fieldBenefitsThis role is also eligible for a bonus, long term incentives and competitive benefits.To view all of our comprehensive and competitive benefits, visit our **[Benefits at SoFi](https://sofietyinfo.sofi.com/sofi-benefits)**page!Company OverviewSoFi is a finance company that offers a range of lending and wealth management services.
