[Remote] Senior Manager, Capital Markets

The Senior Manager within the Capital Markets Team will lead critical initiatives, ensuring successful execution and alignment with finance priorities while managing complex, cross-functional workstreams.ResponsibilitiesExecution Leadership: Provide end-to-end oversight of Capital Markets initiatives, ensuring disciplined delivery and clear accountability across workstreams. Actively push progress, enforce timelines, and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverablesCross-Functional Enablement: Act as the primary liaison between Capital Markets and other partner teams, removing roadblocks and ensuring New Product and Transaction Execution teams can operate efficiently without distraction from external dependenciesStrategic Problem Solving: Identify execution risks and operational bottlenecks and design and implement practical mitigation strategies.
