Develop and implement product strategy for Cigna's Medicaid product portfolio.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product growth and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and manage new Medicaid products and enhancements.
Monitor and analyze product performance, including market trends and competitor offerings, to inform product strategy and make recommendations for adjustments.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including state Medicaid agencies and healthcare providers, to understand their needs and ensure Cigna's products meet their requirements.
Communicate product updates, changes, and enhancements to internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for Medicaid products.
Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve the customer experience and drive growth in the Medicaid market.
Train and educate internal teams on Medicaid products and changes.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to Medicaid products and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Lead and mentor junior product management team members.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning and messaging.
Manage budget and expenses related to Medicaid product development and management.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support overall business goals.
Represent Cigna at industry events and conferences to promote our Medicaid products and build relationships with key stakeholders.
