The role focuses on leveraging data and technology to optimize HR processes and enhance employee experience through data analysis and digital solutions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to provide actionable intelligence to HR leadership and business stakeholdersSupport the implementation, configuration, and optimization of HR technology solutions, including HRIS, talent management systems, and other digital toolsProvide training and support to HR staff and employees on the use of HR digital tools and systemsAssist in the creation and maintenance of HR data governance policies and proceduresSupport special projects related to HR analytics, system upgrades, and digital initiativesProvide support in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth rollout of new digital solutionsSkillsDegree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related fieldProven experience (2+ years) in an HR analytics, HRIS, or similar digital HR role in a multinational companyStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insightsProficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and experience with system implementation or optimizationFamiliarity with HR processes and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesCompany OverviewAt GE Appliances, a Haier company, we come together to make good things, for life.
