As a HEDIS Reviewer, you'll play a key role in improving care for health plan members by:Conducting outreach to members to complete Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) surveysContacting providers & members to collect medical recordsVerifying preventive screenings & chronic disease care are completedReviewing & annotating medical records in Adobe PDFCompleting data entry & search tasks using HEDIS technical specsPerforming administrative tasks (e.g., faxing providers, verifying demographics) Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a MUST

Comfortable working 100% on the computer

Strong attention to detail + solid documentation habits

Comfortable with outreach calls to members & providers
