Must hold an active HIS license in CA, MN, NC, NY, or TX and have passed the ILE
What You'll Do
ā¢ Conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care for patients across your licensed state(s)
ā¢ Educate and guide patients on getting the most from their hearing technology
ā¢ Provide feedback on new hearing care tools and workflows that improve the patient experience
ā¢ Collaborate closely with our Sales Team to ensure seamless patient journeys
ā¢ Contribute clinical insights to hear.com's global network, the largest independent audiology network in the world
What You Bring
ā¢ Active HIS license in CA, MN, NC, NY, or TX with 2+ years of fitting experience
ā¢ HIS applicants must have successfully passed the International Licensing Exam (ILE), administered by the International Hearing Society (IHS)
ā¢ A patient-first approach: empathetic, communicative, and genuinely invested in outcomes
ā¢ Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule and caseload
ā¢ Strong organizational skills and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Reliable home internet: hardwired connection required (100+ Mbps download / 20+ Mbps upload)
ā¢ Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states (all associated costs fully covered by hear.com)
What We Offer
Compensation
ā¢ Total target earnings of $100,000 to $120,000, made up of a $61,800 base salary plus monthly performance bonuses
