[Remote] Healthcare Regulatory Counsel (Pharma)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Axiom is a leader in alternative legal services, and they are seeking a Healthcare Regulatory Counsel to provide legal and regulatory guidance to pharmaceutical organizations. This role focuses on patient access and support programs, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and managing Fraud & Abuse risks.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Advise pharmaceutical clients on legal and regulatory considerations affecting patient support and access programs
ā¢ Provide guidance on Fraud & Abuse laws, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and related regulations
ā¢ Support the development, review, and oversight of copay programs, HUB services, and reimbursement support initiatives
ā¢ Review program structures, vendor arrangements, and patient-facing services to ensure regulatory compliance
ā¢ Collaborate with Market Access, Compliance, and Patient Services teams on patient access strategies
Skills
ā¢ Experience advising pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies on healthcare regulatory matters
ā¢ Familiarity with patient access programs, reimbursement support, or copay assistance programs
ā¢ Strong knowledge of Fraud & Abuse laws impacting pharmaceutical programs
ā¢ Active license and good standing in a U.S. state
ā¢ Experience working within pharmaceutical regulatory or compliance environments preferred
