The role involves managing the recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.ResponsibilitiesYou will ensure that minimum qualification standards and appropriate job-offer parameters (salary, relocation allowance, signing bonus, etc.) are established prior to posting positionsYou will regularly utilize an applicant tracking system (i.e. Taleo) to review, analyze and assess information provided by applicants in response to job postingsYou will conduct interviews, forward viable candidates to hiring managers and establish and handle interview schedulesOnce the candidate is selected, you will extend the job offer and close out the position in the applicant tracking system upon completion of all required notes and final dispositionsYou have the opportunity to be creative in building a pipeline of quality talent through various methodsCultivating relationships with quality candidates will be the key to success in this roleSkillsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredOne (1) year of previous high volume recruiting experienceOne (1) year of working with applicant tracking systemsBachelor's degree preferred5+ years previous high volume recruiting experience preferred3+ years Taleo experience preferredOne (1) year of high-volume recruiting.
