**Job Summary**
As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and providing top-notch support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online chat. * Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role
* Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
* Previous experience in a Call Center environment
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Spanish Bilingual, a plus
