The Healthcare Ethics and Compliance Operations Program Director will work closely with the Chief Health and Life Science Compliance Officer and teams to address regulatory compliance issues in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, ensuring adherence to industry standards and fostering a culture of ethics and integrity.ResponsibilitiesLead operations support of the healthcare and life science compliance organizations, including integration workstreams, and contribute to the strategy for the wider organizationDefine Oracle Health standards via policies and procedures; Responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Compliance Program policy, procedure, and guidance infrastructure consistent with the growth and development of the companyTrack evolving healthcare and medical device industry standards and codes, risk identification and mitigation strategies, in line with government enforcement prioritiesLead healthcare compliance and ethics operations improvement programs across compliance domains such as transparency reporting, anti-kickback and anti-corruption policies and training, business courtesies, advertising and promotion practicesSupport the development of a corporate-wide compliance framework and program to meet the needs of Oracle Health customers subject to strict regulatory requirements in the health care/health science industriesSupport the creation and implementation of training and communicationsSupport auditing and monitoring and other assurance activitiesFacilitate internal compliance metrics reportingBe a go-to expert for Oracle Health employees on issues relating to OH’s Compliance program and Code of Conduct globallyServe as an expert on the company's healthcare and life science compliance infrastructure, leading operational and cross-functional projects across the organization and supporting key initiativesWork collaboratively with Oracle’s Office of Ethics and Compliance, Legal, and the business to drive a culture of ethics and integrity across Oracle Health’s global organizationServe as an operational leader within the Healthcare Compliance Organization setting the bar by demonstrated behavior and outcomesStrong knowledge of global healthcare compliance requirements applicable to medical device and digital health companies, anti-kickback laws, anti-corruption, and transparency requirements for interacting with healthcare professionals and healthcare organizationsDevelop, grow, and maintain a program for working with business teams to ensure business-led compliance programs for tracking and managing compliance with policies and proceduresSupport pivotal initiatives to help improve Oracle’s business and to enable the fast and efficient completion of commercial transactions in a manner that is viewed positively by our customers and partnersDrive knowledge management and sharing activitiesSkills10+ years of experience in healthcare compliance operations rolesExperience working with business teams to establish business led compliance programs, policies, training and monitoringExcellent skills with Email, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Oracle systemsPossess a professional demeanor, confident and innovativeKnowledge of Oracle policies, contracts and proceduresExcellent writing, analysis, verbal communication skillsOrganized, detail oriented, and strong time management skillsProblem solver (not just an issue spotter) with creative and innovative approach along with strong decision-making abilitiesOutstanding project management and communication skillsAbility to perform in a fast-paced and continually evolving business environmentStrong knowledge of global healthcare compliance requirements applicable to medical device and digital health companies, anti-kickback laws, anti-corruption, and transparency requirements for interacting with healthcare professionals and healthcare organizationsBA/BS degreeExperience with Software as a Medical Device marketing and promotion compliance requirementsExperience with healthcare privacy standards is preferredBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance, including expert medical opinionShort term disability and long term disabilityLife insurance and AD&DSupplemental life insurance (Employee/Spouse/Child)Health care and dependent care Flexible Spending AccountsPre-tax commuter and parking benefits401(k) Savings and Investment Plan with company matchPaid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
