Healthcare Compliance Attorney / Consultant: Turnkey Clinic Setup & Policy Development

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Healthcare Compliance Attorney or Legal Consultant to develop a comprehensive, turnkey compliance and operational infrastructure for our practice. The ideal partner will have a deep understanding of federal and state-specific healthcare regulations and a proven track record of building "ready-to-use" policy binders for medical clinics. Scope of Work: We require the development and delivery of the following four pillars: Comprehensive Compliance Plan: A formal, written plan covering federal and state-specific mandates, including HIPAA, OSHA, and Stark/Anti-Kickback (where applicable). Virtual Binder of Policies & Patient Forms: A complete digital repository in editable formats (Word/PDF) including: Patient Forms: Intake, Medical History, Consent for Treatment, and Financial Responsibility. Clinic Policies: Code of Conduct, Social Media Policy, and Privacy Practices. Mandated & Best Practice Policies: Drafting of all policies required by law, as well as operational "best practice" guidelines to mitigate long-term liability. Employee Training: A structured training module or protocol for new and existing staff to ensure full implementation of the compliance plan. Project Timeline: These items must be finalized and ready for implementation by Mid-February. Candidate Qualifications: Proven experience in US Healthcare Regulatory Law. Ability to provide editable templates tailored to our specific state [Insert State]. Experience in creating training materials for clinical staff. Strong preference for candidates who offer flat-fee packages or structured "compliance-in-a-box" solutions.
