This role involves advising on growth strategies, scalable care model development, and responsible scaling in the mission-driven landscape of Alzheimer's and cognitive care.ResponsibilitiesAdvise on the expansion and positioning of ATCA’s platform, helping the company scale in a way that aligns commercial growth with patient impact and long-term mission integrityGuide the standardization and replication of Alzheimer’s and cognitive care programs across markets, including care pathway design, interdisciplinary operating models, and systems that preserve rigor and quality at scaleProvide guidance on payer alignment, market positioning, partnership development, growth strategy, and the operating frameworks needed to support disciplined expansionAdvise on digital health integration, AI-enabled decision support, strategic differentiation, and governance infrastructure needed to scale responsibly and crediblySkillsAccomplished executive, physician leader, operator, or healthcare innovator with a track record in healthcare growth, clinical transformation, mission-driven leadership, or scalable care deliveryExperience in addressing challenges related to Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and cognitive declineAbility to advise on mission-aligned growth strategy, scalable care model development, strategic growth & market development, and innovation oversight & responsible scalingBenefitsEquity Options: Receive stock options in recognition of your leadership and advisory contributions to ATCA’s mission.Investment Access: Select advisory board members may be offered access to ATCA’s current financing round.
