Qualtrics Implementation Consultant - remote in US - W2 only - No C2C

Overview
Our client is implementing a new Customer Experience platform, Qualtrics, and is
seeking a full-time contractor to support all aspects of the migration and implementation.
This role will be instrumental in transitioning from Medallia to Qualtrics, ensuring
seamless setup, integration, and optimization of the new platform.

Key Responsibilities
Qualtrics Platform Management:
Serve as the primary Qualtrics administrator and power user. Build and manage
surveys, dashboards, and workflows. Handle administrative tasks to ensure
platform stability and security.
Survey & Dashboard Development:
Design and implement customer feedback surveys. Build and maintain
dashboards using Power BI.
Data Integration & File Management:
Manage survey lists and response files via SFTP and APIs. Ensure accurate
importing/exporting of data and troubleshoot any issues.
Systems Integration:
Support integration efforts with platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, and other
business systems to enable unified customer insights.
Documentation & Architecture:
Create and maintain technical documentation including data dictionaries,
architecture diagrams, and process flows.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.) to
understand business needs and deliver tailored Qualtrics solutions.

Qualifications
• Proven experience with Qualtrics (certification preferred); experience with Medallia, InMoment, or similar platforms is acceptable.
• Exposure to APIs, SFTP, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is a plus.
• Background in customer feedback programs, including survey design and closed-loop feedback systems, is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative environment, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
