[Remote] Health Information Analyst 4 RN (INFO SYS ANL 4)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. UC Davis Health is part of the Finance Division, Health Information Management (HIM) Enterprise Services team and is seeking a Health Information Analyst 4 RN. The role involves ensuring compliance with health information management standards, leading projects related to medical records, and collaborating with medical leadership to enhance documentation integrity and EMR tools.

Skills
ā¢ Current and active California RN License
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
ā¢ Extensive knowledge of nursing workflows and documentation gained from 5+ years' work experience as an RN (Combination of clinical and non-clinical RN experience acceptable)
ā¢ RN with 5+ years of experience or Combination of clinical and non-clinical RN experience
ā¢ Work experience in academic institutions or large integrated health system experience
ā¢ Experience working with HIM applications, Epic applications, or other system implementation teams for complex projects or healthcare field related application development
ā¢ Excellent analytical skills to develop and/or comprehend complex clinical documentation and fiscal information
ā¢ Ability to absorb information to make timely and sound decisions
ā¢ Skilled in working in a collaborative environment, and experience with team leadership/direction
ā¢ Ability to work independently, set priorities, organize work, and meet deadlines
ā¢ Ability to create and manage time schedules, multiple activities and priorities and maintain productivity
ā¢ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable and effective in opening channels of communication, listening to others and cultivating a healthy, productive, and ongoing dialogue
ā¢ Ability to express ideas assertively, clearly, and concisely both verbally and in writing
ā¢ Ability to communicate with all levels within and outside of HIM including application and technology vendors

ā¢ EPIC Certified in 1 or more applications
ā¢ Master's degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or similar degree
ā¢ Experience in using EPIC EMR for clinical documentation
ā¢ Work experience in academic institution or large integrated health system experience
