Warehouse Coordinator
Execute tactical labor planning tasks/activities to enable peak performance/productivity within warehousing operations. Lead and manage SLE and OVL process and execution. Coordinate receiving process and manage the dock. Lead inbound process and scheduling. Schedule, Process, and Coordinate Customer Returns. Create and manage quality notification process. Coordinate sampling execution and tracking. Manage inbound and outbound filing. Backfill warehouse coordinator absences across all shifts. Printing (as needed) TO’s / Production (Process) Plans. Prioritize the distribution of Picking assignments to the team for the picking of orders Follow up with Customer Service on existing materials in “Q” status. Ensure all orders are noted on daily outbound shipping reports. Review PGI report, ensure all orders are closed the order departed facility. This position includes a weekend shift.
