[Remote] Head of Storytelling and Content

Diverse Lynx is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Storytelling and Content to develop and execute integrated narrative strategies that enhance brand positioning across North America. The role involves leading high-impact storytelling across various platforms and collaborating with stakeholders to create compelling content that resonates with audiences.ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of integrated storytelling and content strategies aligned with organizational priorities and market trendsDevelop and manage compelling narratives, themes, and messaging frameworks to support campaigns, reports, and strategic initiativesOversee the creation and delivery of multi-channel content, including digital, social, video, podcast, and research-driven assetsPartner with senior executives and business leaders to shape and amplify thought leadership platforms and external messagingTranslate complex business and technology concepts into clear, engaging, and audience-centric contentEnsure consistency, quality, and alignment of messaging across all external and internal communications channels and content outputsDevelop and implement communications strategies for key events, including narrative development, content creation, and media amplificationIdentify and leverage opportunities to elevate campaigns, partnerships, and announcements into broader thought leadership initiativesEstablish and monitor content performance metrics, utilizing insights and analytics to drive continuous improvement and optimizationCollaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver integrated communications programs and initiativesEffectively manage a team of writers and content developers to consistently meet deadlinesSkills10-15+ years of experience in corporate communications, content strategy, or journalismProven experience leading multi-channel content programs, including digital, social, and thought leadership platformsDemonstrated experience working with senior executives on messaging, storytelling, and thought leadership developmentExperience developing and executing integrated communications strategies for campaigns and large-scale eventsBackground in B2B marketing, technology, or professional services environmentsExperience in research-driven storytelling (e.g., reports, insights, or analyst-style content)Experience working with agencies, external partners, and cross-functional global teamsFamiliarity with emerging technology topics such as AI, digital transformation, and enterprise innovationExperience supporting crisis communications or high-visibility corporate initiativesCompany OverviewDiverse Lynx is a WBENC- and NMSDC-certified partner, helping organizations turn diversity goals into measurable impact through staffing and contingent workforce solutions.
