They are seeking a Support Specialist to provide administrative and client support to Advisors, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Responsibilities Enhance advisor’s effectiveness by providing information management support Handle incoming telephone calls and emails Assist with new client onboarding and help deliver a high-quality, personalized client experience General clerical and administrative duties: Data entry, filing and any other assigned administrative duties Project and event planning – client events, sales and client experience initiatives Organize and coordinate all conference calls and webinars Coordinate the assembly and mailing of client paperwork (primarily virtually through Docusign) Liaise with insurance companies for existing policy management documentation and quotes Schedule meetings, allocate sufficient preparation time for meetings, recognize and anticipate changes Skills Previous experience in an administrative, client service, or support role, ideally within financial services or a professional services environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and calendars effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach High attention to detail and comfort handling documentation, data entry, and confidential information Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools such as Outlook, Teams, and DocuSign A proactive, dependable mindset and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Company Overview Harbourfront Wealth Management is an independent wealth management and financial planning advisory firm.
