[Remote] Head of Revenue Strategy & Operations

ROLLER is a global software-as-a-service company focused on the leisure and attractions industry, seeking a Head of Revenue Strategy & Operations to join their Go-To-Market leadership team. This role is responsible for architecting and optimizing ROLLER's Go-To-Market engine to drive scalable bookings growth and ensure alignment between revenue strategy and financial planning.ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve ROLLER's GTM strategy, operating model, and organizational structureDrive major cross-functional growth initiatives including outbound scale, integrated marketing campaigns, and new geography and vertical expansionServe as a core business partner to Finance, aligning GTM strategy with financial planning, budgets, and ROIOwn sales forecasting, pipeline inspection, scenario modeling, and forecast accuracyDesign and optimize sales territories, coverage models, and capacity planningLead sales compensation and incentive plan designLead annual and long-range GTM planning including headcount, ROI, and market prioritizationBuild executive dashboards, KPIs, board materials, and QBR insightsPartner with IT to scale Salesforce and GTM systemsDrive operational efficiency, automation, and GTM operating cadenceSkills10–12+ years of experience in Revenue Strategy, RevOps, Strategy & Operations, FP&A, or GTM leadership roles, including prior experience in Strategy Consulting and/or Investment BankingProven ownership of cross-functional GTM initiatives with measurable growth impactDeep experience in sales forecasting, territory design, compensation planning, and GTM org designStrong partnership experience with Finance and CFO organizationsExceptional analytical, modeling, and executive communication skillsStrong systems orientation with hands-on Salesforce and BI experienceExperience leading high-performing, globally distributed teamsBenefitsYou'll get to work on a category-leading product that customers love in a fun, high-growth industry!
