Job Description: The Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. By analyzing data, gathering requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, Business Analysts ensure that business objectives are met through effective use of technology, systems, and process improvements. They work closely with stakeholders to influence decision-making, optimize operations, and deliver value across various business units. Duties & Responsibilities Gathers validates and translates requirements into design and development specifications while providing product management and analyzing data for potential business expansion. Influence stakeholders to support business projects Collaborate cross-functionally to improve productivity across the enterprise, including relevant stakeholders on strategic planning and workforce optimization. Review, modify, and recommend database and system application requirements. Possesses knowledge of business structures, direction and strategy, life cycle processes, and development practices. Develop and maintain reporting tools Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling Provides management with monthly reports. The Ideal Candidate: Skilled in data analytics using Excel, PowerBI, and SQL to solve complex problems, optimize queries, and deliver actionable insights Knowledge of data modelling techniques Skilled in presentation development primarily using PowerPoint Excellent time management, organization, planning skills, and attention to detail are essential Ability to turn complex concepts into simple language Provide support and leadership for projects and tasks Can work independently or in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Business Analysis, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field Salary Range: USD $95,000 - 125,000 USD *The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differential associated with the location* Additional Information: At ATPCO, we are deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
