[Remote] Head of ML - Fraud, Decisioning & Experimentation

They are hiring an ML Executive to set direction, build teams, and drive measurable impact across multiple mission-critical domains, focusing on Machine Learning and AI capabilities. Responsibilities • Define and own the Machine Learning and AI strategy across the organisation • Build, scale, and lead high-performing teams of ML engineers, modelers, and AI platform specialists • Take ownership of the end-to-end ML lifecycle , from experimentation through to production and optimisation • Drive ML impact across multiple established product and operational areas, including: • Decisioning and risk-related systems • Fraud and anomaly detection • Customer experience and personalisation • Operational and servicing use cases Skills • 15+ years' experience in Machine Learning, AI, or closely related technical disciplines • Proven experience leading centralised ML organisations that include both modelling and platform teams, ideally of team sizes of 40+ • Strong track record of delivering production ML systems tied directly to business performance and revenue outcomes • Comfortable operating within complex, matrixed organisations, influencing senior stakeholders • Demonstrated success in hiring, developing, and retaining senior technical talent Company Overview • Montash connects amazing tech experts with organizations.
