Lloyd Morgan China is seeking a Head of Marketing to develop and execute the overall Go-to-Market strategy for the North American market. The role involves leading a growth system centered on content and user communities, building efficient sales channels, and managing a marketing team to achieve core growth metrics.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the overall GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy for the North American market, encompassing brand positioning, channel planning, and integrated marketing to achieve mindshare capture among target user segmentsLead a growth system centered on content, KOLs, and user communities. Drive brand buzz and user growth by leveraging high-quality content, a KOL matrix, and community operations to build a highly sticky user ecosystemBe responsible for building and operating user communities from 0 to 1, developing community engagement, content co-creation, and user retention strategies to enhance user activity and brand loyaltyBuild an efficient sales closed loop. Oversee the expansion and operations of the DTC independent website, Amazon and other online platforms, and offline retail channels to achieve the integration of brand building and performance marketingBuild, manage, and cultivate the North American marketing team, efficiently manage a multi-million-dollar marketing budget, and be accountable for core growth metrics and market shareSkills5+ years of experience in the North American market, with proven 0-to-1 experience in C-end hardware going global (smart hardware, consumer electronics, or toy categories preferred)A hands-on expert in content, KOL, and community operations, with verifiable track records of driving brand buzz, building user communities, and achieving sales growthProficient in mainstream North American marketing channels, social media, and community platforms (e.g., Facebook Groups, Discord, etc.), with mature channel and media resourcesExcellent strategic planning, data analysis, and team leadership skills.
