Job Summary: Airport Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Baggage Claim Specialist to join our airline customer support team. This role involves assisting passengers with baggage claim issues, tracking lost or delayed luggage, and ensuring a seamless resolution process. As a remote specialist, you will provide exceptional support through phone, email, and chat, ensuring customer satisfaction and airline compliance with policies and procedures.
