The role involves owning systems for driving qualified demand through various channels including paid acquisition, SEO, and conversion optimization, all aimed at expanding Coaches.com’s market presence.ResponsibilitiesOwn the growth strategy for Coaches.com across paid, organic, search, content, and conversion channelsBuild acquisition systems across multiple audiences, including commercial partners, consumers, and coachesOwn and manage paid acquisition across Meta Ads and Google AdsTake responsibility for campaign strategy, account structure, audience testing, keyword strategy, creative testing, landing page alignment, retargeting, budget allocation, tracking, reporting, and performance optimizationManage agencies, contractors, or specialists while maintaining the technical depth to inspect the work directlyBuild the organic growth strategy for Coaches.comOwn search visibility across high-intent coaching, consumer, partner, local, and category-specific searchesDevelop content architecture across landing pages, category pages, local pages, educational content, comparison pages, use-case pages, profile pages, and marketplace-style pagesOwn generative engine optimization, GEO, and AI-search visibility, ensuring Coaches.com is positioned to appear across modern search experiences, answer engines, and AI-driven discoveryPartner with product, content, technical, and creative teams to ensure high-quality site architecture, internal linking, metadata, schema, crawlability, page quality, and search intent alignmentImprove conversion across the full growth funnel, including ad click to landing page, landing page to lead, lead to booked call, booked call to enrollment, commercial inquiry to qualified opportunity, assessment completion, and profile creationOwn testing across page structure, copy, calls to action, forms, assessments, trust signals, proof, offer framing, follow-up flows, and lead routingPartner closely with sales, enrollment, operations, product, and leadership to understand lead quality, objections, show rates, close rates, customer outcomes, and revenue impactOwn growth reporting and performance visibilityTrack CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback period, funnel conversion, booked-call conversion, lead quality, pipeline, organic traffic, keyword rankings, page performance, profile acquisition, and revenue contributionUse data to identify what is working, where conversion is breaking down, and which growth opportunities should be prioritized nextCreate a growth operating rhythm built around clear goals, fast testing, disciplined measurement, and practical decision-makingSkillsStrong experience managing or directly overseeing Meta Ads and Google AdsProven ability to drive measurable revenue growth through paid acquisition, SEO, content, conversion optimization, or full-funnel growthDeep working knowledge of CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback period, attribution, conversion rates, and revenue reportingExperience building or optimizing landing pages, lead generation funnels, booked-call funnels, assessment funnels, or high-intent acquisition flowsStrong understanding of SEO, content SEO, technical SEO fundamentals, local SEO, search intent, and content architectureExperience working with agencies, contractors, writers, designers, media buyers, developers, or internal growth teamsAbility to translate complex business models into clear positioning, compelling messaging, and high-performing campaignsStrong analytical ability, writing judgment, and commercial instinctsExperience in health, wellness, coaching, fitness, digital products, marketplaces, education, high-ticket sales, lead generation, or consumer servicesExperience scaling both B2B and B2C acquisition channelsExperience with marketplace growth, including both demand generation and supply acquisitionExperience with consultative sales funnels, enrollment teams, call funnels, or appointment-based conversionExperience with generative engine optimization, AI-search visibility, programmatic SEO, local SEO, or large-scale content architectureBenefitsPlus meaningful performance-based upside and long-term opportunity.Remote-first role.High-ownership position with direct exposure to leadership.Opportunity to build the growth engine for a premium domain and category-defining platform.Support from internal leadership, proven operating infrastructure, and a business model with meaningful real-world validation.Company Overview It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in , with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
